Mihir is an associate with Colantuono, Highsmith & Whatley and resident in our Sacramento office. He is a member of our firm’s municipal advisory practice group and also provides a wide range of support for our general and special clients in such topics as land use, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), public utilities, affordable housing, Local Agency Formation Commissions (LAFCO), and legislative compliance.

Mihir earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis, School of Law (King Hall) with a Certificate in Environmental Law. He earned a B.S., Magna Cum Laude in Natural Resources and Environmental Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a minor in Environmental Economics and Law.

At King Hall, Mihir served on the Environs Environmental Law and Policy Journal as an Articles Editor and was President of the Middle Eastern, North African, and South Asian Law Student Association. During law school, he was also a law clerk in our Sacramento office.
