Amanda Uhrhammer is Senior Counsel to the firm in our litigation and labor and employment practice groups. She brings 27 years’ experience to her work for our clients and focuses on complex public law disputes, including employment disputes, workplace investigations, utility ratemaking issues, California Public Records Act cases, public work issues and general municipal advisory matters. She has extensive civil litigation and appellate experience.
Amanda also has considerable experience in advising municipalities, and public and private organizations on issues relating to employment, labor, workplace investigations, law enforcement, land use, eminent domain, public contracting, cannabis abatement, Proposition 218, and the Brown Act. Amanda also advises planning commissions, water districts, community services districts and other special districts. Amanda regularly advises regarding employment practices, discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment matters.
Amanda is a workplace investigator holding a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigator’s Institute.
