Brittany Sitzer Selke is an associate attorney in Colantuono, Highsmith & Whatley’s litigation and municipal advisory practice groups and is resident in the firm’s San Diego office. She provides a wide range of litigation and advisory support to municipal and special district clients on matters involving complex public law, Prop. 13 and Prop 218 and 26 issues, land use, public agency governance, regulatory compliance, and civil litigation.
Before joining CHW, Brittany worked in real estate litigation, as well as legislative and public-interest legal roles with a focus on constitutional and property law. In law school, she served as president of the Federalist Society and developed a strong interest in public law, statutory interpretation, and separation-of-powers principles. She earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine School of Law and her B.A. in History from the University of California, Irvine.
