MUNICIPAL ADVISORY ASSOCIATE

Job Description

Associate with 3+ years of experience for statewide municipal advisory practice. Located in our Pasadena or Irvine offices, or hybrid. Full- or part-time, open to flexible schedules. We are looking for excellent academic credentials, strong analytical & writing skills. Public law experience preferred, including the Brown Act, California Public Records Act, conflict of interest laws and land use. Client-contact and meeting attendance also desirable. Salary commensurate with experience. Generous benefits package.

Job Description

We are looking for law students with 0-5 years of experience for our statewide municipal advisory practice. Location is negotiable. Our main offices are in Grass Valley and Pasadena, but we also have locations in Sonoma, Sacramento and Orange County. While we would consider remote employment, it is important for anyone we hire for this position to have “face time” with our attorneys and staff. Excellent academic credentials along with strong analytical & writing skills are required. Experience in public law, trial court writs, or appellate work is helpful.
